When we unmounted the diamond from the old ring setting, we were surprised yet unsure to see that it has a hint of pink color. So we sent her diamond to GIA to be certified, and sure enough, it was graded as a natural pink diamond! The first ring is designed with all round brilliant cut diamonds. Brilliant cuts are polished and cut in a way to give the diamond maximum fire, brilliance and scintillation (aka sparkles galore).
The second ring is designed with all step cut diamonds, an emerald cut center and baguettes. Step cuts are either a square or rectangular shape diamond where the facets are arranged parallel to one another – giving a clean, minimal yet glamorous look.
